Tracie is a specialty certified, licensed, and insured lash extension artist with a passion for all things art and beauty. Initially graduating with a Baccalaureate of Arts from Western Connecticut State University, Tracie embarked on a career as a professional photographer before opening a Spraytan studio in 2015. She decided to add lash extensions in 2023 and never looked back! Tracie is a mom to a 5th grade boy and a small but demanding herd of cats and yes, she would love to see pictures of your fur children.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
To protect both our business and our clients, Lash Culture institutes a late cancellation and no call/no-show policy. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be assessed a 50% fee; no call no shows and appointments canceled within 2 hours of the appointment will be assessed a 90% fee. A late cancellation is defined as a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment. If a canceled appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the upcoming appointment, but before two hours, it must be completed within 48 hours of the initial booking to avoid a late cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations within two hours will be charged 50% with the reschedule. Canceling or rescheduling the rescheduled appointment will result in a fee assessed for the initial appointment, along with any potential incurred fees for the second appointment. Members who pay a monthly discounted rate will be assessed a $25 charge on the first late cancellation and $35 for each subsequent offense. Members who no-show will be charged $50 and a possible revocation of membership without refund on subsequent o-shows. Cancellations MUST be confirmed to not be considered a no-show; to avoid issues, it is suggested to cancel appointments via text or call with a voicemail. Cancellations via email or through the contact on the website cannot be accepted. An appointment will be considered a no show if the client has not shown up within 15 minutes of their schedule time, with no notice. Clients later than 15 minutes may be subject to rescheduling due to time constraints.
